Steve, With all due respect, god can theoretically accomplish whatever he wants. I cant imagine that he needs an underside to hide the mistakes, and theoretically there woulld never be any corrections that need to be made. Things like wiping out entire races of people through murder do not appear Godlike. I fully admit that I dont and cant know everything. that doesnt mean that I am supposed to live without standards or ideals where it concerns me or my beliefs. In the face of incomplete knowledge, what else can we have other than moral and ethical standards that are to be applied to ourselves, as well as our belief systems? Mark
