I'm hopeful that CELL makes its move soon because we don't have much time until some serious tax-loss selling occurs. My guess is that the entire public (including people who received stock/options from being acquired) is underwater on this stock. Of course you can't include the executives in that equation but the conclusion is we will be fighting the tide until Jan. 1.
