Dullll day today. I see no trades within the last hour. No real market reaction to the Russian IP telephony deal announced yesterday. I almost believe that DGIV could announce that they would be the sole long distance provider of all Europe and the market would yawn. It has become obvious that new investors are waiting for the 10-SB. We need to see the revenue potential associated with the Indonesian and Russian deals. When these numbers come out and any additional networks come on line in the 4th quarter and only then will DGIV fly. It wouldn't surprise me to see us test 2 again before the week is out (I hope I'm wrong) I hope to see the 10-sb by the end of next week, hopefully sooner. Until then hang in their current longs, and hurry potential longs! Mark
