Mark,

I am going to admit something here that I probably will regret, but here it is! Oh God help me for saying this! It probably will cause a lot of trouble....but here goes....

I have always not understood the extermination of Jews in the Nazi concentration camps. 6 million of them, in addition to many more millions of others. How could that make sense? Where was God for that? Why did he allow it?

Then I heard a theory one day, that might not have put it to bed for me, but helped a lot!

If it was not for WWII and Hitler, Israel probably would not have been formed into a real nation again. That's right! Israel might not be today if WWII never happened!

It was sympathy from the war that really propelled the desicion to give them a homeland again.

Now Mark, they had to become a nation again, according to the bible for endtime prophecy to be fulfilled (and I know the Emiles' of the world don't agree with me on this). So in order for this miraculous event to happen, maybe we had to have WWII.

Now you will say, but why? Why did the extermination of so many have to happen in order to make Israel a nation again? Couldn't God have done something more peaceful and loving to reach this end? To this answer, I don't know!

God had to do something drastic to allow Israel to be a nation again. Because believe me, it would have never happened naturally. No one people have ever been physically resurrected in their homeland, once it was wiped off the planet. No one!

And we know, most people of the world hate the Jews. They will give them nothing, especially fior nothing. Maybe for people to allow this to happen, God had to allow WWII to happen. It was the only way the world would ever let Israel come back.

Now, I'm not saying this exactly God's plan and why it definetly happened. But at least it gives me a logical explanation to things! And if I still care when I get to heaven about this, I'll ask God personally. But for right now, this sounds pretty good to me......

Steve
