I only hope KANA actually sold significant amount of stock at reasonable levels (we saw most of the selling between $1 and $0.30 levels). If they did, they should have a couple of million dollars sitting in the bank which they could use to build the business. From the volume, it appears that they may have sold 3-4 million shares between $1 and $0.30, but that's only my guess (with the assumption that there was no shorting). I also think they stopped selling when the stock reached about a quarter.

At this point, I only hope the company sincerely puts efforts to give us good returns on our investment. We will have to wait and see. And yes, I certainly hope KANA will be more honest with its investors in the future.

MAF, do you happen to know how many shares KANA has sold in the recent offering? Any guesses? How much money do you think they raised?

Do you think there is a significant short position in this stock?
