Ron: Guangzhou Pharma is the one I've seen more frequently, but only because it's listed in Hong Kong.

I have attempted to pull something from that sector, but am forever being distracted from it -- for some reason or another. My very first thought on regional pharmaceuticals was something to do with product integration, or the bilateral marketplace. There is what we consider traditional medicine, and there is traditional Chinese medicine. I think there might be some opportunity where the two co-operate.

Now I recall why I've been distracted from the investment aspect. I get caught-up reading about traditional Oriental health care. Lately, however, I've been tempted to just tell them to take their Middle Kingdom smugness and shove it....

Whoops, sorry. Getting off topic.

Additionally, the big boys are in the game, of course (Hafslund Nycomed, Squibb, et al.)

I'll send along the latest on Guangzhou Pharma. Maybe you can do a little extrapolating.
