bmart, there you go again making things up... 1) Post where smartin "claimed" this, or is this another one of your hospital fantasies? Why has Mr. Martin claimed that Mr. tonto forwarded your EMail to the SEC? 2) Mr. Mitchell was one of two persons who advised me of the same exact news floating around per their conversations... I did not do any damage control, I simply helped you to better read and comprehend a post. You once again are making things up and not relaying information accurately, much like you did with your "meeting" with a good doctor which lead you to make outrageous false statements, which you are well known to do. Why didn't Mr. tonto authenticate the claim with you about Monsanto before posting it and having to go back and do all that damage control pointing out the "supposedly's", "if's", etc.'s ? 3) Mr. Mitchell appears to be a very competent person regarding dd, unlike bmart and Pugs. Your assumptions as usual are wrong, again. It appears he doesn't trust your DD either to go to such extremes to cover his own backside from any association from the claims. It is bmart who made wrongful claims yesterday that included a doctor and a hospital. Your manipulation is wrong.

WellRich You're being awfully impatient for someone who said "patience is a virtue". But, I am curious; are you just guessing the arbitration didn't take place, or did AZNT tell you it didn't take place? Why didn't Mr. tonto authenticate the claim with you about Monsanto Exactly how am I supposed to authenticate it? Whether AZNT asked for $250M, $500M, $1B etc. is totally meaningless. Now if Monsanto were the one throwing out figures... but, sad to say, my information did not come from Monsanto and thus is worthless, IMO. - Jeff
