If we all thought the Japanese were more than taking advantage of April's big bang deregulation by throwing money at U.S. Govt. Secs., this recent rate cut by the BoJ should squeeze out any last stubborn ones that have held out. Let the tidal wave of cash flow out of Japan and into the U.S. I sure don't mind.
