Here's part of an email that I received from NGWY regarding the ADMR acquisition: "The filing of our registration has taken a bit longer than first anticipated which has delayed the completion of the purchase. I have been told to expect the end of October or first of November at the earliest. " This was from David Parkins. He also said he didn't know why the share price fluctuated as much as it did for the day. Thought it was just selling pressure in the morning. My concern was that the spread was huge. I think I saw at one point it was a 3/4 spread like they were dropping it for a reason. The final spread was only 1/8. It just seemed odd to me. Bill
