Charger, Frankly, I'd like to see CSCO buy TLAB and CIEN (I've been long CSCO for a couple of years). And yes, CSCO is likely to get both the BT and TCOMA contracts, or at least a big part of them, so I guess it wouldn't be completely out of the question that the T-CSCO relationship might be playing a role here, as long as we're dredging up the conspiracy theory again, although this one is more of a stretch than the LU theory (although who's to say T wouldn't benefit if CSCO were to become a real challenger to LU?). You're right to mention AFCI; now that CIEN has undercut its all-time low and its initial offering price, it is almost assuredly going lower. Paul
