Herb I agree with you. The question is - is demand slackening and inventory building. Second, if inventory is building is it more than can be cleared during the Xmas season. Assuming inventory is building would reflect poorly on overseas sales since we have been given to assume that demand still out paces supply there. Why would Apple allow iMacs to sit on shelfes in the U.S. other than the typical inefficiencies that exist in any large organization. An aside to all this would be the negative publicity if these charges are made in the media which would result in a buying opportunity for those that believe it's not a problem. Rich
