Carole, In my opinion over the past several months TREY Management has been issuing regular press releases keeping the public informed of the developments ( or at least projected plans for the company!)... In a recent Press Release from TREY I noticed that it indicated that TREY was committed to enhancing Shareholder value--if what they have indicated in recent press releases does in fact materialize then I would guess that the company is on the right track. Trying to guess why the share trading price is where it is could of course have many variables ---I'm not going to predict what share price I think it should be trading at--but in my view it will be interesting to see what transpires from the statement made by TREY in their August 21st. Press Release where I understood them to indicate that they are selling the Common Shares of Mega Blow Moulding in the range of $5.1 Million U.S. with a stated projected closing date of September 30, 1998. If this sale does transpire as stated by TREY Management--and if the Company is in fact debt free--then I'm speculating that with $5.1 Million ( in hand?) that TREY could potentially find it's self in an interesting business situatuion!!! How? What I'm speculating on is that TREY could take advantage of many distressed business situations ( given the recent market conditions-JMO!) and put the $5.1 Million U.S. to Profitable Use--namely a committment to enhancing shareholder value.
