El, so, let's see, the image I have in my mind looks like this:

A bunch of analysts and brokerage execs are huddled together in a dingy basement room, the taps and a shower are running to obfuscate the electronic eavesdropping equipment.

Abby whispers to her colleagues: "Pssst, something's afoot, who heard what?

The group begins talking at once, the infernal hubbub punctuated only by the screams of margin investors next door in the administration department.

Suddenly, all is quiet, silenced by the appearance of a man in a Panama hat and a trench coat. What can be seen of his face is scarred and pockmarked, his distinctive shuffling gait accompanied by the "click -snick" of his stiletto cane on the dank, dark, marble floors commands attention.

He looks around the room with a disparaging air, tips his hat to the intern, passes a note to Abby, turns and starts to leave...

The nefarious group huddles around Abby, she shrugs them off, calling for space. She glances quickly at the short note; it begins to self-destruct...

Her voice hoarse with the tension, she says, "Opportunity knocks, Starr's report hits Congress tomorrow, and you all know what that means..."

The shadowy bunch begins to depart, fading into the gloom, thoughts of short sales, tickers with red symbols and purchases at never to be repeated bargain values filling their heads.

A scratchy voice, barely heard above the banging of the cane calls down, "Remember, you have not been cleared"

<VBG> Hmmm, sounds feasible to me...
