It's certainly possible. I have had pretty big positions at times myself and have had over a trillion dollars of derivatives just in my own trading account. (not recently btw) About 10 years ago my previous firm (a very large moneycenter bank) got a polite inquiry from the CME as to why we had over 10% of the open interest in eurodollar futures.

You may be getting to worried about this but then I may be to blase. We will find out in time.
