This technology adds a third dimension to the dimensions of frequency and time now in use. biz.yahoo.com Due to it's semiconductor content this development should prove very favorable in the long term, read 3 to 5 years. Aki, Re:because in our mad rush to exploit the cost savings wrought by globalization, and feast on the profits that have flowed through to us from our investments, we have failed to enrich the developing world sufficently to create real demand for finished goods. And just who's job is it to bring the rest of the world up to our standards?? Remember many cultures are just now seeing beyond their feudal background/heritage. It will take generations for many societies and cultures to even get to where we are today, if ever, since they have deep beliefs rooted over thousands of years in religious and cultural dogma's. Many societies/cultures just don't have the resources or inclination to progress in a hurry. Many of the elite/educated of these countries realize this and have left their motherland/heritage behind and are now working in the US and other industrialized nations. Think about it. Just had to respond! BB
