My friend. with all due respect, i have to TOTALLY disagree with you. have you never heard of a "Management Authorized Stock BUY-BACK Program"!! don't laugh too hard. "AmeriResource Technologies Inc." - symbol is "ARET" - is involved with one (1) right now and the stock price of "ARET" is presently selling for only about two-cents ($.02) per share!! the "point" that i am TRYING to make to you is that a reverse stock split just simply NEVER WORKS!! it simply MAKES NO SENSE to the PROFESSIONAL people - stock brokers - stock fund managers - professional individual investors (like myself) - for a company (again, ANY company) to ever do a reverse stock split!! we PROFESSIONAL people all know that a reverse stock split by a company is nothing more then a "last-gasp" attempt by the management of a BB company to try to "force" their companies stock into becoming a regularly "listed" stock. my friend, it simply DOES NOT WORK!! it never has and it never will!! i know that this company does NOT have the money to buy-back it's own stock right now - NO DUH!! - but if the company keeps progressing the way that the company seems to be progressing - i honestly do believe that - perhaps (hopefully) - in about six (6) more months to a year - maybe - just maybe - the company WILL HAVE THE MONEY to initiate a STOCK BUY-BACK PROGRAM. i know that you are plenty smart enough to agree with me that that would be a REALLY great event for "ADGI"!! - and i honestly believe that the management of this company is smart enough to make it happen!! i'm sorry, but i have yet to be shown anything "solid" pertaining to where the management of this company has done anything - ANYTHING!! - stupid!! maybe the price of the stock has not moved (upwards) as fast as we would all have liked it to - TOUGH SH_T!! that's the risk we all take whenever we buy "micro-cap" stocks!! we really need to start acting like ADULTS on this board and quit acting like a bunch of spoiled little "cry-babies". take care, my friend God bless.
