<<What do you make of that filing? >>

From the portion that MFG posted, nothing. They simply modified the protective legal boilerplate to be even more protective against adverse litigation re anything they say or predict or seem to predict. (I haven't read the entirety of the 8K.)

It puzzles me....

8-K's are supposed to divulge MAJOR new developments that may affect operations, positively or negatively. You file it if the event occurs before the end of a quarter. 8-K's can describe mundane events of no consequence, or they can describe a major problem, e.g., a y2k related meltdown in your computer system.

Now, I looked thorugh parts of the 8-K, and I do not see any major new event. Instead, I see a lot of boilerplate and recapitualtion of old news. I don't get it.

About the only thing that was news to me was the decision to deep-six Heliotrope Studios, i.e., no more Pax Imperia games. This was news to me, but not sure of this is old news to the rest of you.

I guess the next quesiton to ask is: Why file the 8-K long after major events, such as purchase of GameFx? Is this just butt covering to protect against any Act of God in the future, or is there osme other development? If there were some other dvelopment, THQI owuld have to have reported it in this 8-K, LOL?

Basically, I am lost. YOu have any ideas?
