First off I would like to say that Charts don't usually work well with penny's. Having said that, I would still like to say that EDII is looking good.

Ever since 8/27/98 when we had the low close of .218 we have done nothing but good. We are however at a tense point of possible resistance at .33. Even though we closed with a high of .34 today, the real question is going to be can we maintain the upward movement. I hope that the answer will be yes.

Some of the things that I think will help us to calm down and watch things grow will be the placement of the 10% Stock Dividend into the investors accts. We have started to see the beginning of what the company has always said would happen. The Symbol has been maintained and the Company name is beginning to show up correctly with the brokers. Etrade showed the change as of either yesterday or the day before. I think, based on everything I've seen, we will all see the actual stock in our accounts no later than the 11th. My Reuters data showed the 1.1 for 1 dividend correctly and no it didn't show a change in price as it seems that people felt the stock continued to be worth the .27 cents that it was trading at before the dividend.

I will admit that I am waiting for the PR on the CRC purchase. I am also waiting for EDII to get their Web site up and running. As stupid as it may sound even something as small as that would help investors to feel good about the company. I don't understand why if Pitts and Spitt's has a web site why EDII couldn't use the same internet server/service to go ahead and get online.

This is just my two cents and refunds are not available.

P.S. Be glad that you aren't having to listen to a saviour of our souls/money called Holloway the Hollow Head here like we do on AOL's Msg Board. I suspect he's just another basher trying to get our stock at the lowest possible price.

Tks
