I'm with you John. Made 3 purchases myself today @ an average of $20.5 ($23, $20, $18.5).

If the deal goes through the stock is valued @ $37.6 (based on TLAB @ $47). Profit potential of $17 per share or 83%. Works for me!

Given the downside risk (18 9/16 points) against the upside gain (just about the same amount), I think a buy at 18 9/16 was an excellent move. I added some too, a point higher. It's a risk I'm willing to take.
