Yep, we're talking libel here -- against me that is.

So how many times have I asked -- both here and directly to the company -- for _any_ specific example of where my articles were incorrect?

Too many times to count.

And just as many times, I have offered to print a prominent correction if they have any facts that say mine were incorrect. Vague blustering has followed, but nothing so far.

Their most serious error was the charge that I am somehow in league with short sellers. Clearly libel.

As I said before, the discovery phase of their libel suit will be investigative reporter's heaven. I can't wait.

The 9/6/98 story in the New Rochelle Standard Star by Josh Margolin quotes Elvin Feltner (owner of Access America) concerning the prepaid television time for stock deal:

"Feltner of Manhattan said the stock deal is only worth a fraction of the $5 million at Araldica's current stock price, which closed on Friday at 6 cents a share. Eventually, Feltner said, he will get a total of $5 million worth of stock no matter what Araldica's trading price is."

IF -- I repeat IF -- this is true, then that would be 100 million shares of stock.

Also...

Since the Standard Star has confirmed my earlier articles and facts and has added some new charges through its own talented reporting, I am wondering how Araldica will explain it to the judge and jury _if_ they file a lawsuit against me but _not_ against the Standard Star.

Just a thought.

Ned, >>Here is a company with land and buildings worth approx. 2 3/4 million and a truck fleet worth another 456 + thousand and furniture and fixtures worth another 3/4 million (that's a bunch of furniture and fixtures, folks) and a market capital value of roughly $830,000.
That's on 16,635,072 shares out. 16,635,072 beer can deposits.<<

From Inter West stock Transfer, the latest issued stock count is 25,685,072. (801)272-9294

Has anyone heard anything about how we're doing with Danielle?? Did we raise the money to do the deal?
