Interesting how you always find a reason not to answer questions. You won't give jhild the single sentence in your 3 page (or is it 5 page or is it 9 page) document which supposedly shows that AZNT has exclusive rights to shipping stevia from Brazil-- because he won't give you a fax#? How nice of you to withhold information that just might make people buy AZNT stock and thus put pressure on shorts! Until you admit to fabricating and misinforming this thread about any binding arbitration between Wellrich & AZNT... Ahhhh, a subtle change of key. Now it's a "binding" arbitration, is it? I never said that, Jeff never said that. Are you suggesting that there was indeed an arbitration hearing, but that the result was not "binding" because those were not the terms to which the parties had previously agreed? Oh my. Now perhaps you'd care to clarify a few things about AZNT's triumph in its "Federal lawsuit"?
