A dozen eggs in one basket. I hope they don't forget to undo a rope from the handrail before lighting the fuse. It wouldn't be good if the rocket got pulled over and crashed into Bernie Schwartz who will probably be over there to see the launch and arrange money for Bill C while selling some top secret soldering or orientation techniques, or even good o'rings. Soon somebody will notice that the multimillions of dollars the evil commies who are now evil capitalists are getting for the Zenit launch will help them build and fuel the next Zenit launch which will be used to nuke Bill C and Bernie when he is back in the USSA. The Russians won't realize this will upset their own cash flow.

This globalisation stuff is tricky. You pay China or Russia/Ukraine/Kazakhstan a dollar and they use your money and the launch to develop their rocket technology and military payloads.

Not to worry. All good fun and here comes the launch. Hoping it isn't like a Simpsons episode.

Buy before the launch. 1:10 or less chance of the thing blowing up. If it does blow up, the cost is only a billion or so in delayed revenue stream, replacement satellites, and all that, so only a 20% drop in price. At $18, that is about $3. With a 10:1 risk, that is only 30cents of risk! People are so chicken that they are building in an $8 insurance premium. They don't believe Russia can launch rockets - despite Yuri Gagarin being the first person in space and a long and successful space history. They've heard all the Russian problems lately and think somebody will steal the gasoline from the rocket or simply muck up pointing the rocket right.

When it goes straight up and works fine, the stock should jump maybe $8. So, for a 30cent risk, you can get maybe $8. The stock price is at half price from all time high. The competition is in trouble.

$17 is a bargain buy. Of course, if it does crash, the stock will drop a lot more than 30cents, as shareholders go into shock. But that will last only a month or two until the next launch and people realize it wasn't the end of Globalstar.

Have a nice day as they say.

Watching and waiting.

Buy Globalstar!

Maurice

New Paradigm = Swords into Ploughshares is part of it. Better to launch Globalstar than nukes.

I've got the streaming video up and running now. Countdown is proceeding without problems so far. T-6:00 minutes or so. Right now they're running a promo video to fill time.

Can someone tell me if the launch occurred? I'm having trouble using both the chat room and the RealPlayer :-(.
