bmart, you posted: Dr. Daaboul's HAS NO PROFFESIONAL COMMENTARY at this point, he simply stated that it was the best tasting sugar substitute he has tasted...

<b">Dr. Jorge Daaboul tasted Touch of Nature yesterday at the request of a friend and commented that it tasted sweet. He has no professional opinion as to its potential as a sugar substitute."

He has no professional OPINION but commented that it tasted sweet.

Bmart,

I guess you just have to ask yourself what possessed you to ever mention Dr. Daaboul's name in the first place in this public forum.

The better part of discretion would have simply to have stated that you have referred a respected physician to the company and you had high hopes that something would eventually come of it.

The rest you should have left up to the company.

Now you find yourself backpeddling, creating embarrasment for Dr. Daaboul through your public misrepresentations on how he alledgedly instructed his staff to commence a study of T.O.N.

No Bmart, you should have kept it to yourself and not tried to grandstand. You seem to seek some recognition or glory from your "connection" with the doctor. Now you have stolen any future thunder AZNT could reap from this, and probably jeopardized the deal.

I think it's great that you found an interested party interested in the product. But you don't build shareholder value by creating such embarrasment this way.

I would give the same advice to anyone out there, so I'm not just targeting you. But you are the most blatant example I've seen in some time of trying to hype what is basically a non-event at this time for AZNT.

Regards,

Ron
