Isoman (or whatever your real name is?), Your version of the announcements and their order is misleading and appears to be incorrect as the purchase of Nighthawk(sp) which appears to own the rights to Calvalcade boxing, the Tracker, "Sea Eye", Foot Flexion, etc... if we are to believe the announcements from TNRG, is before the announcement to reduce outstanding shares to 25 Million..click on the messages below, as they are in order..also a message by Alan Markoff states that he confirmed with Tilton that no new shares were used to acquire Nighthawk (sp). And as far as your multiple choice question...I choose Company C with only 12 Million shares, already reporting to the SEC, in full production with orders from large audited corporations in process and well on its way to achieving its goal of $50 Million by 2001, and its top management have each founded and sold past businesses that are still in business and profitable...so, there are always other choices out there. <<How Do you think TNRG Acquired all of these assets over the past 7 months?>> <<You said it yourself, look at what Alan Markoff posted : Before they acquired NiteHawk Before they acquired The usbl Franchise Before They acquired Calvocade of Boxing Before they began joint efforts to bring the Tracker, Sea Eye, Foot Flexion Etc. to market.>> Impending News: Announcements on the closings of a 1) major sports/entertainment related acquisition and 2) breakthrough medical related company.Sec filing: Plan on being reporting shortly Here are the first two announcements that I saw posted and they are for the acquisitions not share reductionsexchange2000.com exchange2000.com Here is an announcement for shares to be cancelled and it is after the acquisitions of Nighthawkexchange2000.com Here is a message by Alan Markoff confirming this:exchange2000.com And finally we have the TNRG announcement for the reduction of shares to 25 Million:exchange2000.com Hey! Alan was invested in USBL way before the TNRG announcement to purchase a USBL franchise...that is interesting!exchange2000.com
