Sergio, on OXY.. and I don't know if its THE ONE to buy yet.. but I'll wager there's one or two oil companies buying Russian oil at a very attractive price and making the differential in profits on the open market. The old CEO of OXY, Hammer, had good relations there so its a stab in the dark they might be available to the story my imagination has cooked up. If this is true then it doesn't matter the floating rate of oil, what matters is how low OXY or someone else is getting it.
