Chuz, so you think if TLAB/CIEN come out tonight and state the merger is "go" at .8, that TLAB will be unaffected? That is truly an optimistic view.

I agree with you that the deal will in all probability be re-done again. I don't see TLAB shareholders approving as is.

Do I hear .6? :)

There's no marketing weakness here!
That was an 8 channel more or less commodity sale.
They didn't want it. They want the high margin.
