LightHouse Landings Inc. Closes Acquisition of Fast
Ferries, Inc.

MATAWAN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1998--Anthony Cappaze, President of LightHouse Landings, Inc.
announced today that they have acquired Fast Ferries, Inc. of New York.

Two Hi-Speed ferries, capable of carrying 340 passengers at speeds up to 40 knots will make 2 trips daily from Atlantic
Highlands, New Jersey to New York City with service to Wall Street and midtown Manhattan. The company expects the two
ferries to have gross revenues in excess of $600,000 per month and service will commence on September 30, 1998.
Additional ferries will be added to serve all local metropolitan waters and then to commence servicing the rest of the East
Coast.

With this acquisition LightHouse Landings, Inc., will have assets in excess of $13,000,000 with a net worth of over
$5,000,000. The company expects to file for NASDAQ as soon as possible.

Anthony Cappaze, the President of LightHouse Landings, Inc. said ''I hope to build one of the largest ferry services in the
United States. The sites for the ferries are a perfect compliment for the gaming vessels LightHouse, Inc. intends to acquire as
