Tomorrow will be another down day on the Street, IMHO. No need to cover yet...we have deepening Japanese crisis signified by their unexpected interest rate cut, Russia on the brink of collapse with Chernomydin rejected for PM twice, and the U.S. Congress reviewing Kenneth Starr's report. Bad day tomorrow...
