Regarding the financials? Sure, where are they? I'd like to see them. I've always wanted to see them. But you know what? I'm perfectly willing to wait to see them. Know why? Because we will see them.

If Zulu and ESVS are going to soon announce the deal is inked, I suspect they'll also release the pertinent data related to Zulu. It's stipulated that ESVS shareholders will see this before the deal can be completed.

You'd have to believe the acquisition is not going to happen, in order to take any other viewpoint in this matter.

So if you believe that ESVS and ZULU will become one company, then you have to also believe that you will see an audited report from the Zulu side.

Well, let's try this.

I wonder what you would have thought about Zulu had not the SIM disgruntlement spilled into Wired and onto these threads? I wonder where our stock price would be today?

When Bob Smith recently pointed out the company wanted to reach to its investors earlier, he probably meant that the company would have liked to have released its audit sooner. And this would explain why we often were told by company officials that the numbers were soon to be released.

I don't think there's any question that the former SIM lawsuits have had an impact on the company's finances. Given the challenge of the former SIMers questioning every single Zulu ownership position and given that Softbank Holding Company (Japan) still had involvement, any early release of the financials might have been less than accurate.

1) Would you prefer a delayed financial report that is accurate?

2) Or would you prefer a prematurely released financial report that was inaccurate?

Look, they said they'd announce the close of the acquisition deal soon. The deal can't close without a Zulu audit. So sit tight and wait a bit more. Lord knows, we've waited long enough already, but I'm confident a new awareness is soon to come upon us.

NOTE: Anyone got Joe Copia's remarks in the Wall St. Journal? I'd like to see them.
