Yes indeed, I agree with you.

If they indeed do intend to make their first launch in 2001 they
are going to have to place an order with ECD for the production
line capable of producing sufficient thin film solar panels. They
also will have to place an order for the solar panels. Furthermore,
they had stated their plans to launch fifty platforms their first
year, with a grand total of 250 platforms over the first five years.
That would certainly bode well for ECD.

Skystation will have to get moving if they intend to meet their
stated time frame.
