Skane, I joined you with some AMZN puts of my own. I think it is forming the right shoulder of a three headed monster if there is such a thing. Nice call. Back to work I go. Best of Luck, Where'd He Go?

Skane,

You got me into this.

As I await some books on Options I played around with ETrade's options analysis tool. Here's what I got for YZN-VM (Oct 65 puts), Please explain:

User input
Leverage: 3000
Volatility: 108.699

Result
Black Scholes: 3 1/8
leverage: 1

Also seems most of the October put volume is in the $60 to $90 area?? Did you pick 65's because that is the lowest price you are certain AMZN will get to?? Will 50's be your next trade (AMZN support just under $50 should $65 not hold)?? Currently quite cheap (very far out of money??)

Can you beleive I am buying books from Amazon to help me profit from it's stock's drop??. Is that Ironic or what?? If I don't learn options on time, there's always shorting...

Please be patient
Rashid
