Mike, My graph shows that a 30k dump did the trick....followed by a 12k sell to make it look even worse. $12,000 shaves 18% off of the stock? I tend to agree with you. Anyone who wishes to have a sudden impact on the direction of the stock, needs only to throw out ten grand or so....Girls just want to have fun? It can work both ways. Buckle up! bg

Mike, all BANY..... Here is a short post for those who are still connected... First....we need to keep in mind that the equity markets in general are very poor at the present time. Clinton may not make it through the weekend, Latin America has gone from star to dog in the period of a week, Russia is pulling dead political bodies out of the grave and elevating them to Prime Minister, and North Korea is firing rockets at Japan for fun. The Dow is dropping 250 points per day......... And BANY is holding fairly well.....all things considered. I have made many phone calls and checked with many of those who I know and have relationships concerning this stock. Of course this is my opinion only and I am long BANY....but the story has not changed. I have not sold any of my BANY......In fact, I added to my position last week. Two of my friends added to their positions this week. I have talked with several of the 100k+ holders...and there is no selling that I can see. I believe that the lack of follow-through on the financial issues surrounding BANY along with the general market conditions have caused some smaller holders to give up on BANY.....and sell out their positions. I think this is to be expected. I also think that the market makers have jumped on any weakness...and have assisted by bringing the stock down very quickly on very small sells. I don't know what the reasoning is....but for the stock to dive 6 cents on a 30k sell....when the previous 50k were all buys......makes little sense to me. Shaking the confidence of the shareholders? Anyhow....I believe that BANY will come through with the information we are looking for in due time. I think the valuations of Anything Internet will be very high.....and that the Dell relationship will begin to ramp up soon. I think BANY will be jumpy fo a while here....but that those who continue to focus on the bigger picture will find their patience will be rewarded. I know where about 1 million shares of BANY are....and they are stuck away in long accounts......and I believe that's where they will stay until the story changes in some material way. BANY does have a small group of loyal supporters......and most are adding slightly here....as far as I can tell. I think BANY will pop soon. bg
