That's not my area of expertise. I defer to others.

Let me say this. Ed Koch, the former emperor of New York City and now the presiding Judge of the People's Court has repeatedly stated on his radio show that Slick is the greatest president ever for Israel and that he's scummy but he should stay in office.

Koch also says that Reagan was the second best to Israel. So what do we make of that?
