Ut oh , MSFT is fickle and its AAPL honeymoon may be over

MSFT has lined up the scoundrels who plot MSFT's demise:

" NEW YORK (CNNfn) - Microsoft Corp. has undertaken a subpoena blitz over the past week, seeking a wide range of documents from competitors.

The software giant says the documents will help defend it against charges Microsoft attempted to stifle innovation at several
competitors.

The company revealed Wednesday that it has subpoenaed Apple Computer Inc., IBM Corp. (IBM) , Novell Inc.(NOVL), Oracle Corp.
(ORCL) and Sun Microsystems Inc. (SUNW)

Microsoft is seeking documents related to any communication or meetings between Microsoft and the companies involving efforts to develop new computer technologies. "

cnnfn.com

Should be easy to supply those documents as most of MSFT's efforts are alleged to curtail other companies development efforts .

Interesting that AAPL was not listed on a earlier MSFT list of "competitors" . Maybe MSFT can no longer accept it is a AAPL investor .

But then with AAPL as a MSFT competitor , AAPL's improved sales (hardware & OS) may benefit MSFT in the DOJ's hearing .

Wonder if that is why we are seeing all this pro-AAPL news .
