I should have sold a few months ago when the stock was close to 15. This company has done nothing but stink for so long it is amazing. I say liquidate and pay us back our 3 cents a share. It would be less aggravation.

Rob,

Wait 30 days and buy back in, you will have the tax loss.

As you know I have a very poor opinion of this companies prospects.

Having said that the company has too much cash to fold and the new fab may be attractive to another mid-size company or a fab-less company.

They cannnot make it big on their own but in a merger the stock would be worth at least $10/share.

Worst case they will muddle thru and when the semi market turns towards mid-end of next year they could be really worth something.

Note the $200M write-off only has a negative cash hit of $20-30M.

Regards,

Kash.
