One thing will need to change for eBay and that is solicitation. Right now ONSL is doing those annoying daily Emails of the featured auctions. I would guess these teasers have alot to do with hit count for ONSL. It may be necessary for eBay to reciprocate to promote the same public awareness. Right now the "My eBay" feature knows what categories that you and I frequent, so it shouldnt be too hard for them to sort a meaningful features list to each of us. Even as a seller, it will be useful to see the current activity for HOT items in categories that I've placed adds in. If anything, eBay should even offer automated searches on an ongoing basis. Many times I have done searches on completed items only to notice items that have sold way below retail, but do to other focuses I may have skipped searching for an item for a few days or forgot to search for titles with a wildcard* suffix.

Tip of the week;
When doing searches, use the * suffix to catch items with S behind them in the title. And also, you can find some semi-hidden items by searching the full descriptions with specifics that non-savvy sellers had forgotten to include in their titles, but did include in the description text.
