Richard, I'd be a lot happier if Paunch would pay me $1,000,000 to research Black Rock. VBG All I ask is that these companies play by the rules and don't try and blow smoke up everyone's backside. I did not file the complaint, I did not even call and ask the status. I doubt very seriously that thread shorts are behind this either. Why is it that Mr. Moneybags McKay did not find out about permit status before he poured in more money. As I said before, after all of the discussion about permits on these threads, how is that GPGI's management thought they could get around this. What else do they think they can get away with. Tim
