Jim--

Started a little work on this a couple weeks ago, looks to me like a good long term investment.

I'm not a TA expert but the chart looks exhausted. I wonder, looking at it, if there is more downside(there's always that potential). To me it looks like it's gotta start correcting (up)'cause there's not much left below.

The fundamentals I've seen look pretty good for a co. that's taken such a beating. I can see the price fall from the recent overall market correction but what was the story on the drop from May to mid August. I thought $4 a few weeks ago was a steal, it looks even more attractive today. The upside potential looks pretty good compared with the downside, am I missing something?

Thanks,
Cliff D.

U.S. Steel And Bethlehem Steel Have Been Upgraded Today!!!
**********************************************************************
This is good news for RECY... With those two behemoths of the steel industry having brighter future prospects, things should look up for the scrap metal recyclers...
