JAT, Mr. Metals, but if you are a "promoter" and personally know of 1 "promoter" of IDCN, then tell us how come you have lately been buying stocks on the run-up and sell on the fall-back(losing money). You come in during the hype and try to help the stock by doing a play-by-play and when it (the stock) fails to climb you start telling people how this and that is wrong with the company, then you tell people that you know of a promoter for IDCN but yet failed to get your facts straight from your "promoter" friend before you bought in to sell for a loss. When are you going to come to the table with something concrete?? Yes, I too was telling everyone that the company was probably NOT going to accept the offer and that they would have to wait for 30-60 days for something more enlightening from the company. It would seem I've been much more on the mark than you have. Oh!! As far as the share buyback, well, if there is no shares bought back by end of Sept., (remember the PR stated that the buyback would begin within 60 days) then I will say that you were right on that issue. FYI, I would look to see something in the form of a higher buyout or JV or "motherload" (some of what you call "HYPE" from the company) by Thanksgiving in which case, this stock will be trading at the .50-.60 level. Just remember where you heard it first. IMO, there is still 3-4 weeks to get in under .10 to recoup some of your losses. Take care and good hunting (finding gainers before they fizzle out)!! CB
