I was referring to the premium on Oct 60s. The market has assigned a price of 4 bucks to them, which equals a 28 dollar premium. Not all puts have that kind of premium- and I don't expect that premium to stay that high all the way down.. But if it happens in a one day period, much of that premium will still be there as people see the bottom dropping out.

Amazon's options are in no way linear! with a stock this volatile, the price of the option has more to do with where people are lining up their bets than with the underlying stock price.
