this issue is going to handcuff this country for years. Let's be realistic. Years is an overstatement. The handwriting should be on the wall once the public responds to Starr's findings. The politicians will simply bow to the polls and vote accordingly. And the President may preempt with resignation if the public reaction is bad. Even if it goes to the gavel with a 2/3 vote of the Senate, it's going to be over by March '99 at the latest. Then maybe we can begin to invest in stocks again. <g> Sam
