To be honest, I can't say what the street has priced into these stocks for a low B2B; whether it's .55 or .65. Should there be any uptick, of course we'll probably see a 15-20% gain. If we continue to drift to the mid-low 50's though, more bloodletting may be in for those who are long, although here too one has to question what is not in the price of these stocks already.

Excerpt from recent Lehman report on the equips:
* Group average valuations are now down to the mid 1996 troughs, although one must still pay a higher valuation than prior trough for the premier companies.

To be honest, there isn't much I don't love about this sector at these prices. Most are now down below anyone's low price target for the year. A turnaround is inevitable; one must simply wait. I will be adding to my position in ASYT or LRCX later this week. I think this best describes the current valuations: Too many princesses and not enough lips
