Hi Ancil. Buy backs by juniors are an "announcement" only and very very very very rarely, if ever actually occur!! In 70% of the cases even mid-cap stocks that announce buy backs don't do it. That is why the make the announcment vague......" the company intends, from time to time, to purchase shares on the open market with the intention of procuring 5% of the float...yada...yada...yada..

So in answer to your question!

When will the buy back program that the company announced START

I bet it won't happen!

Ancil, since you a shareholder, I will answer you.
The shares were issued to Tonero for I think some of the Andicollo properties. More shares will be issued if the DAY/MDIN lawsuit goes in MDIN favor-ie the Chummunitia(sp?) claim I believe.

The share buyback program was to be paid for from gold production-need I say more?
