Man---are things that bad----I dont usually get involved trying to make panic trades---when the market dips 500pts---but Im interested in the future and if CS is dishing out this kind of service, Im going to start looking else where-----Thanks

I, too, am a long-, long-term customer. It is a shame to see not only service but also the corporate culture erode.

Absolutely amazing. How long will it take them to fix this bug, which I've encountered for at least 6-12 months? Just cruising along, and then.....

Amazing. For a company the size of Schwab, this ongoing sluff in Operations is absolutely amazing.
