Wildstar,
"Guys, do Nov BFT 17.5 puts look cheap to you?"

Absolutely. This one is a godsent. On the top of my shopping list tomorrow.

Pete - about those drillers. Well, as you probably know by know, the OSX chart gave us the bounce off upper BB signal instead of upper BB surfing. Another down day tomorrow would confirm this weakness is real. The past week shift in sentiment to commodity play appears to have evaporated. Not only have the oil stocks been weak the past two days but gold stocks as well. Selected OSX stocks (e.g. FGII and NE) did hit close to 50% gain within the last bull spurt which is enough to support a sentiment shift without real fundamental change. As tomorrow will likely shape up to be an overall down day, I am willing to bet OSX will be down and we get the confirmation. However, should it turn up together with gold stocks while the overall market tanks, then this we may still have some legs left for the commodity play sentiment. Still short NBR.

Don't follow it, but I think it is all coming down. EVERYONE should read that post by MMV on the "naked" thread. I agree EXACTLY. If we are going to crash, it started today. And I say we are...
