1. Who is the transfer agent (very important) and who took this company public? The name escapes me, but I have called them... See below. 2. What Auditing firm does FNTN use? Haven't seen any announced. Usually companies make an announcement that so-and-so firm has been retained for sec filings... yadda. 3. Who is the CFO? Good question. None listed. 6. What are the growth expectations? Good question. We would have to see part of the business plan and projections, which we will not see. But if you want to ask the longs here they will tell you that the growth projects are, "TO THE MOON!". 7. what are the number of shares outstanding? ~19mm shares oustanding, ~24mm authorized. That is current data. If you read over 205.185.55.112 you will see, however, that the number of shares outstanding has grown tremendously over the past few quarters. There are also rumours to be more authorized and issued to fund acquisitions. 8. any insider selling? No sellings yet according to biz.yahoo.com . But I do know that they are 3 or more 144 filings sitting on edgar right now. We don't know if those are sells are refiles. 9. what is the debt-to-equity ratio? Good luck! You have asked a bunch of good questions. Most will not be answered here unfortunately. You'll probably be frowned upon and told to call the company yourself. Cliff

My guess would be Michael Sheppard is acting in this capacity. 7. what are the number of shares outstanding? As of today: 25,000,000 authorized; 19,580,400 outstanding per the transfer agent 8. any insider selling? Much debate on this. Apparently as of 30 days ago, no insider sales but numerous insider filings. I hope this gets you started on your research.
