Jack: There is already a law saying that people who are paid to tout a stock must disclose same prior to touting said stock. That law is violated all the time.

I am not aware of any law saying those who have an interest in a stock (long or short) have to disclose same before posting positive or negative comments on the internet.

I agree with Zeev. The real issue here is that GPGI must have an environmental permit in order to produce. They don't have one, so they must get one. Better now than later. Would have been better still to get one before they started to produce.

As far as AZDEQ is concerned, of course they are going to get involved when GPGI announces to the world via PR's they are now a producer. Heck, Maxam's got a permit from AZDEQ and they are nowhere near producing anything. Can't believe GPGI dropped the ball. Its like they are playing right into the hands of the shorts (assuming there is much of a short interest in a .47 stock).

Jack,

Cut the bullsh*t. This isn't about shorts, thall, internet posters, or any other scapegoats that you're trying to pin Globals' troubles on. It's about pollution. It's the '90s and this kind of crap isn't tolerated any more, thank goodness.

</>......."just a little acid and copper--who cares about that!!

I do, for one. If Global wants to be taken seriously, then it should start acting like a responsible corporate citizen and play by the rules. To whoever did report the violation, thank-you for doing your civic duty.
