Doug,
something like this will not be done by one person, what i was proposing was one alternative to loosing all in the event IPM goes into chapter 7 before they get the money they need, however if IPM goes into chapter 7 before we are able to make an offer than we would be submitting a bid and at the same be biding with anyone else who wanted to bid, should there be anyone else.
For this to happen we would need about ten million shares to keep our price down to about 12 and 1/2 cents per share and that may never happen. Had Yellich made this offer a month ago when I first spoke with him we would have had a chance. Now it's all according to how many shares come forword.

I have learned that while Coggons did overstep his boundaries very much, he may not have been the main cause of IPM's trouble.
