Hi Charles,

I think you are right to make sure Newbies know there are 2 sides to investing in RNTK. No one should be putting money they can't afford (or care to) in to this thinking that a quick double or triple is just around the corner.

Especially considering that RNTK currently needs to dilute (1M shares/quarter) to survive. The higher the stock price, the less dilution occurs. Definitely important to the company officers who lose out too. So yes, it is in there interests to string us along.

The real power in this drama is Texaco. They must have some say in RNTK's public statements. So if we're being conned, I wouldn't sic my lawyers on no-money RNTK, I'd aim them right at the deep pockets. Because if RNTK is making false statements, and Texaco knows otherwise, then they are just as liable. Something to think about.

Regards,
Chris

>>>>It's not just an opinion. The deal won't be signed before year end. I won't disclose the confidential sources. <<<<

"You know Charles your the one making up the SCAM you keep talking about. If you have a source which is highly debatable I'd bet they're part of your SCAM. Or there is none.

EVERYONE has nicely tried to tell you to get a life, get off this thread, but you simply are one of those thick headed people that deserves to get what they get out of life.

Put your money where your mouth is Charles.... Were wrong you buy all of us on this thread, dinner at the Ritz Carlton Chicago, 5 star restaurant. We lose we buy...... Were betting the deal is announced this year. Since your source is so reliable this should be an easy bet for you....

Pardon Me, Chas...

But exactly how are the very few savvy investors making money off the hype of this stock?? In my estimation there are quite a few other stocks in the universe moving around more than RNTK.

And exactly what leads you to believe RNTK is a "scam?" Pretty harsh words without backing it up. Not only that, be considerate of name calling because it might just come back to bite you in the tush!! See a recent lawsuit on file by a company (ITEX) accusing SI posters of neglect in slandering their company on a public forum (SI). Wish I could pull up that release for you to read but I dont have the time to deal with this BS.

And, you cite sources the TX deal wont be happening this year. Another case of you putting out a statement without proof. Who are your sources??

Why would anybody in their right mind believe anything you say??

Especially, since I have proof the company is not a scam.

Well, I have been critical of hypesters on this thread, so now I will take my shot at Mr. Russell now.

Charles, you said:

<<I take no perverse satisfaction from watching many of you lose a lot of money.>>

Money is not lost until it is sold, correct?

You also said:

<<I hate stock scams... >>

So do I, but RNTK is no scam, only those posters including yourself who claim to have inside info. What makes you any different than anybody that says that a deal will happen in 2 weeks or 2 months or 2 years?

<< One of my goals (daily as you put it) is to warn off the newbie investors who might get sucked in by the RNTK fan club.>>

Why warn off newbies? Warn them of what? That a deal will never happen? That 1, 2 or 3 years down the road their investment won't mean anything? I don't exactly understand this comment. Are you saying that RNTK is a better buy at .25 or .50 than it is right now? And can you predict for me where the stock market will close tomorrow as well?

The bottom line here folks is that the deal may or may not happen. Where will the price go? Who knows.

IMO, there is too much BS going on here both ways. Nobody knows for sure when the deal will happen.

Well, I'm going back to my closet now.
