Has Lucent approached Ascend? Ejabat: No, we haven't been approached. Weren't they offered $35 last fall by LU? Or was that a rumor?

Tim, I am suprised you gave Mory that much credit. I mean a dime, hell, he would sell this company for the power alone...and if LU gave him one hell of a golden parachute, or a cushy title with lots of power at LU, he would ink the deal in a second. Jamie
